Tips for a Beginning alto saxophone player?

Hey all,

This is for all the alto saxophone players on here. What tips can you give me as a beginning player in regards to the following:
Fingerings for notes, posture, breath control, and general care of the instrument.
If you have any advice to give, feel free to give it. If not, no worries. Many thanks for your time and any and all advice!
